In June 2010, Salvador, Davis & Co began service to Salt Spring Islanders. We will meet with clients one day a week by appointment or welcome any Gulf Islander at our offices in Sidney. We are very aware of the ferry schedules and can accommodate our island clients accordingly.

Long-awaited changes to our Adult Guardianship Laws were passed in the Legislature. The amendments bring some welcome changes to estate planning documents. Documents affected by Bill 32 are:

  • Powers of Attorney (for financial matters)
  • Representation Agreements (for health and personal care)
  • Advance Directives - Introduction to health care providers, family
